Help with the Yoga Book

Today during Small Capers there was an extended group of friends that wanted to contribute to our yoga book.

What happens when the marble rolls?

Friends have really taken an interest in ramps and the movement of materials. Observations 

Include they roll, bounce, slide, and go fast and slow. Stay tuned for more of our exploration. 

We have some questions for you??

Friends took notice in using the clipboards today. 

They began gathering information from their friends including: 

How many days till the tomatoes turn red?

                And what is your middle name?

Yoga

There is a group of children who is helping a friend create a yoga book. They come up with their own poses and name them.

Rolling Exploration

A group was exploring things that roll fast. They were excited to see race cars on the computer and pretended to drive. We also got a chance to talk about things that roll, slide, tumble, and tumble. One friend noticed the wheels on the race cars and said,"If cars didn't have tires they couldn't drive."

More Leaf Man Construction

Today a group added more features to Leaf Man...and btw they are now calling their creation Leaf Girl until they can think of a name that they all like:)

Pizza! Pizza!

Today we took a walk to gather the rest of our ingredients for a pizza we are planning on making. One of our friends brought in some tomatoes to get us started so we were able to gather the rest of the ingredients from Straub's.
