Forest Day and Painting Clay Creations

Today we painted our clay creations we made last week. They were excited to finish them and can't wait to bring them home to show their families. Then we went to the forest and explored our favorite trees, limbs, and secret hideouts. We continued to find sticks and used them to build the big hideout. We enjoyed running on the paths and spending so much time outside. On the walk back to school, our Forest friend found a Rollie Pollie on the sidewalk. Everyone excitedly watched it move back in forth on her hand. Ask your child what they enjoy doing most in the forest.

“You need to climb on the other side,” -B.

“Hi everyone!” -S.

“I’m a werewolf,” -M.R.

“I’m not a werewolf today,” -A.

“I could sit here forever!” -S.

“ Look out guys!” -T.

“I’m going to go into the fort,” -A.

“I’m good at climbing so follow me,” -B.
“I’m trying to get down,” -M.Y.

“I’m getting down a different way,” -F.

“I’m a jungle keeper,” -M.S.

“It tickles,” - M.B.
