To celebrate our first day of Week of the young Child, we meandered to the forest to listen to the music of the forest.
We wondered, "how does nature make music?" "What sounds do we hear in the forest?"
Woodpeckers pecking the trees!
The leaves falling down.
Birds chirping.
What forest music do you think we heard?!
We used parts of the forest to make music.
We painted the colors of the forest while we listened to the forest music. (If you like what you see, this will be the artwork Birch Room has donated to the Ambrose online auction.)
We danced to the music of nature, made habitats for ants, and enjoys the shining sun!
