Hello and happy Friday! The Birch room was super busy today. We began the morning by creating with clay. The students were asked the question "How does the music make you feel?" They created several objects and designs with the different colors of clay. Other friends designed at the light table. A few students sounded out words and wrote notes on dry erase boards. Some friends built with the magnetic blocks and made tall structures!
We continued our day by making the rest of our leaf creations. A group went outside to collect more leaves. Some students did leaf prints and made books of their prints! We adventured down to the collaboratory where the students built a house and diving board. The diving board became a very popular jumping game.
