Light Game Plan

From discovering how to create color from lights, the children played around with their discoveries and created a game. From that game they decided to create their own light game. We met and discussed what this game might be. Many questions were asked and they negotiated how the game would be made. So we made a plan.

Step 1. Name the game - Monopoly Light Game

Step 2. Make cards for the game

Step 3. Turn the lights into colored lights.

The work for the game has opened another way that our children want to communicate. What we thought was an adventure for light concept is developing into a way to communicate through written language and have fun at the same time.
