be mixed after exploring with colored water and paint.
One child said , "You mix batter." As we continued the conversation,
the children said you buy batter at the store.
The children were not sure what goes in the batter so we took
a trip to the kitchen atelier.
"Now let's mix it up and see what happens."
"It looks like it has a powder." -NZ

"How did Nora make that color?"
"It's all slimy. It's getting brown. I used oil." -LC
"I need some water. It didn't even do anything." -MC
