In the Birch room, we are continuing our project with wire. The students were asked, "How does wire look like drawing with a pencil?" Some friends drew designs and others drew houses, rocket ships and a variety of fun drawings.

Ms. Susie brought in pieces of styrofoam and the students were asked the question "What can you create with styrofoam and wire?" The children were up for the challenge! One friend began to make a family of "wire monsters." After creating each member for the family, she decided to make it into a house and decorate the outside with some fun jewels and beads!

"This is the daddy, that's the mommy and this is the baby."

"Actually, it's a house where a family can live!"

More students began joining her and were curious about what they could create with these materials. Take a look at some of their neat creations!
