Happy Friday! Today was our forest day so we set out to explore! We talked about what colors live in the forest, and our Birch friends went to search:
M: There's a lot of brown in the forest!
C: I see green!
E: There's some yellow flowers!
C: I found these red berries!
Our friends had such a wonderful time just being out in nature and exploring the forest as we do every Friday. Even though it is a weekly thing, they always seem to find something new and exciting! Some friends were climbing the fallen trees pretending the forest floor was lava and others were using sticks to fish. We have some creative imaginations in the Birch room and it's great to see them grow!
