Happy Tuesday! Instead of our usual Walking Wednesday, we did Walking Tuesday! We took a new route and decided to walk by the BIG tree on Rock Hill Rd. The children loved exploring the tree, hugging it, and thinking about what might live in it!
T: An owl lives in that hole!
M: I think bugs are inside!
As we were walking along we saw some hydrangeas. One friend said:
O: Those are so beautiful! They look like butterflies!
As we were playing inside later in the day, some friends found that our Zoobs stick on the mirror! They had fun figuring out new ways to get them off. Sometimes by using their fingers, sometimes by using another toy.
Some friends played with floam and seashells and were pretending the floam was cakes and cookies. They used to seashells as surprises hidden in each one, so once someone bit into the pastry, they were met with an unexpected gift!
